Campaigns
Turn reviewed people into tailored messages and decide what needs approval before anything is sent.
Reviewed 2026-08-25
A Campaign contacts people you have already reviewed in a Project. It uses your goal, connected LinkedIn or email account, and playbook to prepare messages and other actions.
Before you start
You need:
- A completed Project with people who are ready to contact.
- A connected LinkedIn account, a ready email inbox, or both.
- A clear goal, such as booking a meeting or starting a conversation.
During setup, you can connect an account if a sending option is not ready. If a teammate will send the campaign, that person must connect their own account.
Launch from a Project
- Open Projects and choose the completed search you want to use.
- Review the people and remove anyone you do not want to contact.
- Choose Launch Campaign.
- Select LinkedIn + Email, LinkedIn only, or Email only.
- Confirm who will send the campaign.
- Choose Create a new campaign or add the people to an existing campaign.
Only campaigns owned by the selected sender appear in the list. You cannot add people to a completed campaign.
Set up a new campaign
The setup has four parts:
- Playbook — describe the offer, the people you are contacting, the message approach, and what should happen when someone replies.
- Settings — choose how many actions can run each day and what needs approval.
- Links — add a meeting link, website, or demo video when the campaign should use them.
- Review & Launch — confirm the name, goal, playbook, company context, and number of people.
A playbook is a set of instructions for the campaign. Write the outcome and important boundaries in plain language. Avoid broad claims that would be hard to support in a real conversation.
Choose Create & Start only after the final page matches what you want the selected sender to do.
An action that requires approval waits in Approvals. An action that does not require approval can continue automatically when the sending account is ready.
After launch
Open the campaign from its Project to see the people enrolled, prepared actions, replies, and progress. Use Approvals for work waiting on a decision. Pause the campaign when the audience, sending account, or playbook needs to be corrected.

Use Pipelines and Approvals when you want a search and campaign process to repeat each week. Use Integrations when a sending account needs attention.
If you cannot continue
- A channel says Needs setup — connect the required LinkedIn account or email inbox, or choose a different channel.
- No people are ready — return to the Project and finish reviewing the results.
- No existing campaigns appear — create a new campaign or confirm the selected sender.
- Create & Start is unavailable — check that the campaign name, goal, and playbook are complete.
