Credits and plans
Understand what credits measure, where costs appear, and how plan limits affect searches and weekly pipelines.

Credits measure work Lumnis performs, such as finding, adding details to, importing, or researching people and companies. The final review step shows the cost before you launch.
Free workspace
The current free plan includes 250 one-time prospect credits. You can use them for searches that run once. Weekly Pipelines require a paid plan.
Search size
The current search-size choices are:
- 50
- 100
- 200
- 500
- 1,000
Choose a size based on the decision you need to make. A small test search is usually better than spending much of your balance on an untested Persona or search type.
Costs vary by task
Some searches and research tasks require more work than others, so they do not all cost the same per person. Imported lists and Account Intelligence also use their own pricing rules.
Use the cost shown in the final review step. It reflects your search type, size, and available balance at launch time.
Where to review usage
Workspace billing shows the current plan, credit balance, usage history, and available credit packs. Organization owners and administrators control plan and billing changes.
Avoid accidental spend
- Validate the Persona on a smaller one-off search.
- Check the source and search size on the final review step.
- Confirm the displayed credit cost.
- Use a Pipeline only after the underlying search is producing useful people.
- Pause recurring work when the audience or playbook needs revision.
Credit rules can change. If a guide and the final review step show different costs, rely on the number shown in the product.
